Xinhua Life Insurance to get listed by issuing of A-shares at year-end

Xinhua Life Insurance Company vice general manager Sun Tongyue revealed that the preparation for the listing has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, and the company would manage to get listed late this year or early next year, thus becoming the first domestic commercial insurance company listed in A-shares markets.
