Standard & Chartered Bank issues over 2 mln credit cards

Isabella Lau, General Manager of Credit Card and Personal Loan business of HK & China of Standard Chartered Bank, said the total amount of the credit cards issued by the bank (including Manhattan card) increased from 1.9 mln of last year to more than 2 mln at present. 

She also added that although the bad debt ratio of the bank was brought up by the rising number of personal bankruptcy, it was still half of the market level.
