Red-chip companies issuing of A-shares would affect fund-raising in HK

One commissioner from the Listing Commission under the Stock Exchange of Hong 
Kong said at a listing ceremony that if the mainland stock exchanges permit red
-chip companies to issue A-shares, the amount of raised funds in Hong Kong will
 be affected, for the earnings ratio of mainland A-shares is higher than Hong
