Swank International continues talks on share controlling sales

Swank International Manufacturing (0663) announced that the company, together with its controlling shareholders, was in talks with the investors on the acquisition of the share controlling in Swank International Manufacturing, but no terms has been reached for the time being. 

Its controlling shareholder Optiset Ltd. holds 51% shares now.
