Capital Strategic spends HK$19.05 mln acquiring 80% shareholding of Consecutive

Capital Strategic Investment (0497) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary
 On Glory Holdings spent HK$ 19.05 mln in acquiring 80% shareholding of 
Consecutive Profits. HK$2 mln of the expenditure would be paid in cash and HK$
17.05 would be financed by issuing 31 mln new shares at HK$0.55 each with 41% 
discount. The new shares represented about 3.68% of the enlarged shares capital
