Tysan expects to cash HK$170mln by selling Shanghai properties

Tysan (0687) said the company is optimistic about the outlook of property business in mainland. About 90% unites of a property located in Shanghai are sold out and another property will be launched by the end of the year or at the beginning of the year. After selling out over 200 units, the company expects to cash HK$160mln to HK$170mln.
