Skynet in talks on acquiring marble-related business

At the request of HKEX for the recent increase in the share price, Skynet (International) (0577) declared that the company is in talks with an independent investor on acquiring a marble-related business. This possible acquisition might involve new share issuing and lead changes in controlling shareholding.

Relevant negotiation is still at initial stage and reaches no agreement yet.
