Hutchison Whampoa shelves bidding for 4th mobile license in India

Hutchison Whampoa Ltd (0013) has shelved the US$700 mln plan of bidding for the fourth mobile license in India, an overseas report quoted an unknown source as saying.

India expects to receive applications for bidding the mobile license from June 29 to August 31.
