Gold Peak sells a 11% stake of PDL at HK$2.86mln

Gold Peak Industries (0040) declared to sell a 10.96% stake of PDL to Schneider at HK$2.86mln for general operating profit. Schnerder held a 10.3% stake of Gold Peak.
