Holand KPN claims seeking for cooperation companions and to sell assets

Holand mobile phones company KPN said yesterday that the company has no plan of rights issue for the time being, but it would consider selling its assets and seeking for cooperation companions to reduce its liability. KPN is now responsible for the liabilities of about 23.2 bln euros. 

It has been rumored in the market that KPN intended to raise 5.5 bln euros by rights issue to reduce its liability.
