Essex Bio-Technology receives 3.5 times over subscription

Essex Bio-Technology (8151) announced the company had received about 4.5 times over subscription for its placed 102.564 mln new shares and the subscribers are mainly the organizational investors from the USA, Swiss, UK and Taiwan. 

The company placed 102.564 mln shares at HK$0.5 each to raise HK$51.282 mln with net proceeds of HK$35 mln.
