Hopewell borrows HK$1.38 bln with Hopewell Center being mortgaged

It was reported that Hopewell Holdings (0054) had entered into an agreement on borrowing HK$1.38 bln loans with Hopewell Center being mortgaged, which valued about HK$3.27 bln. The average time limit of the loans was about 5.28 years.
