Kim Eng Holdings (HK) acquires Ong Asia

Kim Eng Holdings (Hong Kong) (0727) parent company Kim Eng Holdings announced that it would make full acquisition of Ong Asia at a price of S.$153.23 mln. After the deal, it would become the biggest independent securities brokerage in Singapore with market shares of 8-11%.
