Sino-trans to spin off logistics business for listing in Hong Kong

Sino-trans planned to spin off the logistics business for listing in Hong Kong at the year-end to raise HK$4.6 bln. Its chairman Luo Kai Fu said that the company has the overseas listing plan, but the final results still cannot be confirmed since the conditions are not mature for the time being.
