Plan of China Resources increasing shareholding in Vanke cannot be settled this

Shenzhen Vanke said in a statement that the plan about China Resources increasing shareholding in the company would not be carried out this year.

The company said that it would seek cooperation with China Resources under the conditions of protection of shareholders interests.
