Kerry Properties rumored to borrow HK$4.68 bln

It was reported by sources that after Kerry Properties (0683) finished financing HK$6 bln, its holding company Kerry Group also intended to borrow US$600 mln (circa HK$4.68 bln). The group hoped the average life of the relevant loans would be four years with an all-in of 55 bp.
