China Unicom launches one-way charge on mobile phones in Tianjin

According to mainland report, China Unicom (0762) has implement one-way charge on mobile phones in Tianjin. It is said that China Unicom Tianjin branch launched a RMB60 monthly charge packages with one-way charge of RMB0.4 per minutes for those that have exceeded limit.

One way charge is not implemented in China formally at present.
