RoadShow announces public offering obtains 154.88-time over-subscription

RoadShow Holdings (0888) announced that it has set the issue price at HK$2.25 and the proportion of open offer obtained 154.88-time over-subscription and the international placed proportion got 14.89-time over-subscription. RoadShow issued 240 mln new shares including 216 mln shares for placement and the remainder of 24 mln for pubic offer. It raises HK$540 mln through the deal.
