CCT-Teligent Co to be renamed as Hua Nan-Teligent

CCT Telecom (0138) announced that after selling 60% stake in CCT-Teligent Co, CCT-Teligent Co is forbidden to take CCT as the name of the company by the court.

CCT Telecom also said the buyer is going to rename CCT-Teligent Co as Hua Nan-Teligent.
