China Star rumored to acquire Ocean Shores at HK$162 mln

It was reported by sources that China Star Entertainment (0326) would wholly acquire the shareholding of Ocean Shores Group (0764) at HK$1 each. Counted for the current 162 mln shares already issued by Ocean Shores Group, China Star Entertainment need to pay HK$162 mln for the expense.
