Hutchison 3G Europe: not apply for bidding for 3G license in Greek

Overseas report quoted Hutchison Whampoa Ltd (0013) subsidiary Hutchison 3G Europe spokesman as saying that the company has not yet submitted the application for bidding for 3G mobile license in Greek.

Greek telecom authority said that it has received applications from 7 financial institutions including Hutchison Whampoa, NTT DoCoMo and Hutchison 3G Europe.

Greek plans to auction 4 3G licenses.
