ICG Asia (0715) acquires 19.9% shareholding in BAP for HK$3.9mln

ICG Asia (0715) announced to acquire 19.9% stake in Breakaway Solution Asia Pacific Ltd (BAP) from US Breakaway Solutions (Breakaway)at the cost of US$500,000. It will be paid by cash. After transaction, ICG will hold 100% shareholding of BAP.
