Essex Bio-Technology clarifies shareholding of 10 placers should be 18.05%

Essex Bio-Technology (8151) issued clarification saying that the proportion of the 92.54 mln shares placed to 10 significant placers in the total issued shares should be revised as 18.05% after the placement, capitalized issue and full exchange of bonds, rather than 12.05%.
