China Dstar Entertainment submits wholly acquisition proposal to Ocean Shores

Heung Wah Keung, chairman of China Dstar Entertainment (0326), said the company will submit wholly-acquisition proposal to Ocean Shores (0764) but he did not reveal the cost of the acquisition. He said after taking over Ocean Shore, China Dstar Entertainment will hold 75% shareholdings and maintain listing position of Ocean Shores
