Legend 2001/2002 capital expenditure reaches HK$1.2 bln

Legend Holdings (0992) estimated that its capital expenditure in 2001/2002 was about HK$1.2 bln, increasing 34.5% vs last year. Of the total capital expenditure, 40% would be used for developing new business, 30% for researching and developing, 14% for instructing the managing information system, 8% for renewing the producing equipments and developing factory buildings and the rest 8% for general operation capital. 

The capital expenditure of the company was HK$892 mln last year.
