Liu Jinbao reiterates BOC to finalize restructuring by end of year

When asked when Bank of China will finalize restructuring, Liu Jinbao, General Manager of Bank of China Hong Kong Branch, said as it should be approved by the Legislative Council, it is hard to forecast the time of completion.

He said he hopes relevant draft will be completed as soon as possible. He also said although there is no time-table for completion of restructuring, he believes it will be finished by the end of the year.
