David Li expects another 0.25% rate cut of US FED

David Li, chairman and CEO of Bank of East Asia, expected US Fed will cut down rate by another 0.25% tonight. If the down-rang is above 0.25%, it will make people think that US is suffering from recession, which will bring negative influence to whole economy.
