Oracle Q1 corporate software sales increases 15%

Global second biggest independent software developer Oracle predicated that the Q1 sales of corporate application software Oracle 11i would enjoy a growth of 15%, while the sales of database programme software would remain stable. The Q1 sales of database programme software was estimated to hit US$1.23 bln.

Oracle once eroded 4% in the early morning yesterday and narrowed the loss to 2.2% after the release of sales figures and closed at US$18.04.
