RoadShow debuts at HK$2.65

RoadShow Holdings (0888) debuted at HK$2.65, up HK$0.4, or 17.8% over the issue price of HK$2.25. It latest stood at HK$2.875 on a turnover of 18.65 mln shares worth HK$52.44 mln.

RoadShow issued 240 mln new shares, among which 216 mln shares are for placement while the remainder of 24 mln shares for open offer. It raised HK$540 mln through the issuing.
