China United surges against declining market ahead of spinning off projects

After special general meeting, Chung Wilson, managing director of China United (0273), said the company might spin off two projects which was held through CUPAC for listing. Infocast is one of the project.  Application for listing will be submitted to HKEx in short terms. Spurred by the news, share price of the company soared against declining market, once peaking HK$0.014, up HK$0.002, or 16.67%.
