Road King sells 50% shareholding of Jieyang road for HK$496 mln

Road King Infrastructure (1098) announced to sell 50% shareholding of the joint
 venture, which ran the business of Jieyang road, for HK$496 mln. HK$475 mln
 was expected to be cashed, which would be used for repaying the debts. After 
the dealing, Road King Infrastructure would have no interests of the joint
