China United Holdings to spin off high-tech projects

China United Holdings (0273) Managing Director Chung Wilson said at the shareholders special meeting that the company would spin off one or two high-tech projects for listing and would submit listing applications to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in the foreseeable future, while he refused to disclose details.
