E-LIFE International secures HK$112.8mln injection from Best Chance

E-LIFE International (0370) raised HK$150mln by placing 2256mln new shares to Best Chance at HK$0.05 each and 744mln new shares to independent investors through agency at the same price. After placement, E-LIFE International (0370) will be the controlling shareholder with shareholding of 56%.
