tom.com claimed for HK$72mln for terminating support agreement in advance

tom.com Ltd. (8001) was claimed for a loss of US$9.227mln by International Management Group (IMG), a large gym company, for terminating support agreement unilaterally in advance.

tom.com declared that the company terminated support agreement on January 3. After termination, the company has paid off all relevant accounts. At present, the case is submitted for arbitration.
