Winsan (China) Investment rumored to place 42 mln shares by top-up placing

It was revealed by sources that Winsan (China) Investment Group (0085) planned to place 42 mln shares by top-up placing at HK$0.25 each to raise HK$10.5 mln. 

The placing price has 9.2% discount to the closing price before suspension of yesterday.
