Dr Chung S.Y. says listing of RoadShow not affect income of Kowloon Motor Bus

Dr Chung S.Y., chairman of Kowloon Motor Bus Holdings (0062), said Kowloon Motor Bus and RoadShow (0888) were two different groups and spinning off RoadShow for listing would not affect the income of Kowloon Motor Bus. He also reiterated that Kowloon Motor Bus would not increase its price within this year. 

When asked whether RoadShow would consider financing because of rate-cut, Dr Chung S.Y. said it would depend on the situation, adding Kowloon Motor Bus had no intention to repurchase the shares at present.
