hkcyber.com to appoint sponsor to take position of Yuanta HK

HKCyber.com (8118) announced the Yuanta HK informed the company and HKEx on May 4 that its has terminated its role as continuing sponsor of the company with immediate effect for not meeting qualification laid down by GEM Listing Rules.

HKCyber.com said the company will abide by the GEM Listing Rule to appoint sponsor to take position of Yuanta HK on or before Aug 4.
