Winsan China Investment to raise HK$10.24mln by placement

Winsan China Investment (0085) declared to sell HK$42mln shares at HK$0.25 each by  top-up placement, to raises HK$10.24mln for general working capital. The shares represented 3.92% of its enlarged shares capital.
