CASH on-line purchases financial business from Celestial Asia Securities

Celestial Asia Securities Holdings (1049) and CASH on-line Limited (8122) announced that Celestial Asia Securities injected its securities and finance business into CASH on-line at a price of HK$430 mln. The deal would be paid by issuing of convertible stocks.
