HSCEI and Red Chip both rise

State-owned shares and Red Chip shares this morning surged by the board market. HSCEI rose up 9.63pts to stand at 540.2pts at 10:28am HKT; Red Chip Index stood at 1223.62pts, up 18.05pts.
