Telecom Plus delays sending of notification about restructuring of convertible b

Telecom Plus Holdings (1013) announced that it has applied to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong for delaying the sending of notification about the restructuring of convertible bonds to July 16, for it needs more time to work out the data about the notification.
