China Star Entertainment acquires 38.18% of Ocean Shores for HK$63mln at HK$1 ea

China Star Entertainment (0326) announced to have acquired 63mln shares in Ocean Shores (0764) for HK$63mln at HK$1 each, which accounts for 38.18% of issued share capital. At present China Star Entertainment totally holds 76.50mln shares in Ocean Shores, which accounts for 46.36% of issued share capital. China Star will submit wholly acquisition proposal at acquiring price of HK$1 each. Both China Star and Ocean Shores resumed trading this morning.
