Tsingtao Brewery buys 51% The 1st Brewhouse in Fujian province at HK$85mln

Tsingtao Brewery (0168) announced the company signed an agreement yesterday with Fujian Brewery (Singapore) on acquiring 51% shares of The First Brewhouse at HK$85mln, the rest 49% will be held by the seller.
