IMG says the tom.com announcement inaccurate
IMG announced yesterday that three points of view among the four ones, which were released by tom.com (8001) in the news on Wednesday, were not accord to the fact. IMG said that tom.com intended to stop the assistant agreement in March, not paying all the money to IMG according to the agreements, but as it had no rights to stop it on one side, the agreement was still effective. Furthermore, because of the move of tom.com, IMG stopped the agreement recently and sued to the High Court, claiming the defaulted sum from tom.com. IMG sued to the High Court recently that tom.com violated the contract of assisting China mainland football match and demanded the payment of more than US$9.1 mln from tom.com.
