Euro-Asia Agriculture raises HK$500-600 mln at main board

Euro-Asia Agriculture planned to raise HK$500-600 mln by getting listed on the main board. The company would issue 400 mln new shares at the issue price of HK$1.2-1.55 and with an earnings ratio of 5-6 times. The company began placement in Wednesday and would start open subscription on July 9 and get listed on July 19.
