South China Infor & Tech acquires shareholding in Fourseas.com

Fourseas.com announced to make reorganization, issuing 90% new shares to the company held by He Xue Chu, director of Interchina Holding and meanwhile signed several agreements with its current leading shareholder South China Information & Technology, pursuant to which South China Information & Technology would acquire all the property shareholdings of Fourseas traveling and 49% shareholding of the traveling business for HK$15 mln from Fourseas.com.
