Fairyoung re-delays issuing results to end-July

Fairyoung (0231) announced as auditor is still in talks on whether the two subsidiaries in mainland can take back HK$67mln, it is necessary for the company to re-delay posting annual results end-December last year from original June 30 to July 31. HK bourse said it keeps the right to claim.
