CAAC to buy 400 airplanes in the coming five years

According to the reports of Xinhua News Agency, Civil Aviation Administration
 of China will buy 400 airplanes in the coming five years. The reported cited 
an officer of CAAC as saying that the annual passenger load will be 100mln and
 annual freight load will be 280mt in 2005. The report also said that from 2001
 to 2005, 43 airports will be built up, 23 of which will be set in the west
