Global Link Cyber International issues convertible notes at exchange price of HK

Global Link Cyber International (0140) announce to issue HK$80mln convertible notes at exchange price of HK$0.22, accounting for 5.86% of issued share capital. The agreement, which was scheduled to be finished on June 30, will be delayed to July 31.
