Metro Pacific plans to distribute stakes in Nenaco to shareholders

Metro Pacific Corporation (MPC), the subsidiary of First Pacific, announced
 that the company plans to distribute the stakes in Negros Navigation Company 
Inc.(Nenaco)to shareholders as dividend. But relevant proposal is pending on
 approval. The move can make MPC concentrate on the development of properties.
